Responsibilities

Manage and drive the sales cycle for mid-sized opportunities

Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory

Effectively qualify and understand customer needs through discovery calls

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and manage contract finalization

Conduct product demos and tailored presentations to prospective clients
Must Have
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in B2B IT Sales or Business Development
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Highly organized, self-motivated, with proven ability to manage a sales pipeline
- Good understanding of ERP/CRM concepts (Odoo knowledge is a strong plus)
Nice to have
- Proven Experience selling Odoo or similar business management software
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) for reporting
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage technical teams
- Active participation in industry networking events
