Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the sales cycle for mid-sized opportunities  
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory  
  • Effectively qualify and understand customer needs through discovery calls  
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and manage contract finalization  
  • Conduct product demos and tailored presentations to prospective clients  

Must Have

  • Proven 2-4 years of experience in B2B IT Sales or Business Development
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with proven ability to manage a sales pipeline
  • Good understanding of ERP/CRM concepts (Odoo knowledge is a strong plus)

Nice to have

  • Proven Experience selling Odoo or similar business management software
  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) for reporting
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage technical teams
  • Active participation in industry networking events
